I first bought a pair of all birds when the company was brand new and they were great. I’m not sure what’s happened but quality control has gone way down, upon wearing my latest pair 6 times then running them through the recommended washing instructions on a cold wash cycle in a shoe bag the shoes have split in 4 places, I emailed the company and they couldn’t have cared less... I won’t be buying another pair

My sister and I bought a pair of shoes at Allbirds Marunouchi store. Right after we finished payment, we stayed inside the shop waiting for our Uber ride. Within less than 5 minutes after checkout, we were told to leave the store by an elderly silver‐haired female staff member, who was NOT our sales associate. We were paying customers and only wanted to wait briefly inside for our ride. This treatment was extremely disappointing. I question the customer service standard of this store.
Nice canvas shoes as they should be for the cost however after only a few months & outings they needed a repair. Customer service was totally unhelpful, did not follow the customer rights act and basically said go and buy some glue. Very disappointing given their quality ethos
