Materials quickly damaged...
I have loved allbirds in the past and have bought several shows from them. My latest pair bought earlier this year was a tree huggers sneakers and they were brilliant for a bit but the back material has very quickly split and now rubs against my ankle making them unfit to wear. I went back to the company but they class this as wear and tear and is not covered by warranted. Very disappointing.
I have received the wrong sizes in my order, and it has been more than 10 days since I contacted customer service. I have not received any response, and the return is pending review.

I have five pairs of Allbirds
I have five pairs of Allbirds, different styles .
I have tried to raise a issue regarding the NZ remix’s , I washed them as the washing instructions on the Allbirds website, the insoles separately, then the body of the trainer on low in a gentle washing powder
The actual body of the trainers now smell so bad , they are out in the garage because the smell is so bad
I have been emailing Allbirds with my issue , looking back now they have fobbed me off, I spent £125 on a pair of trainers that are not fit for purpose
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ,WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Bad Quality and Zero Accountability
I decided to take the plunge and purchase a pair of Allbirds Tree Runner NZ shoes, after my husband raved about how great the brand is.
However a year into having the shoes, I noticed the material was starting to pull away from the sole and me being one step closer to having my baby toe poking out for fresh air! This failure is happening on both sides. I finally made time to complain to Allbirds two days ago and was basically told they can’t do anything and that I should take my shoes to someone who might be able to repair the material before it rips completely!
Let me be clear. I am not into fast fashion. I am happy to pay extra money for items that should last me for a long time. I prefer to have a smaller wardrobe filled with good quality products. I bought Allbirds shoes believing that they fit into this category. They do not. I believe a cheap pair of trainers from Temu would have lasted the same amount of time for one fifth of the price.
The fact that absolutely nothing was offered to rectify this situation shows how the company don’t even believe in their own products. Not an offer of store credit, discount code - nothing. As a comparison, I had an issue with a pair of Levi’s, a small tear starting to develop in the jeans, and they offered an online voucher immediately for the same amount I paid for the current jeans. No kickback and not even a small gesture. This is how you retain a customer and how you turn a negative experience into a positive one.
Not only will I not buy from Allbirds again but neither will my husband.

Downhill plummet
I’m so sad to say it but this company has gone completely downhill. I always liked their brand and some of their shoes, although every pair would make my feet really hot/sweaty. I still supported them. But they’ve lost my support. I placed an order 2 months ago and have yet to receive the order, or any communication about its delivery ETA. I even received an email refunding me for a couple of the socks I’d ordered as they had gone out of stock. If they were timely, the socks would’ve still been in stock! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m so disappointed.

10 months’ worth of wear before the trainers fell apart
I got about 10 months’ worth of wear out of my "Tree Dasher 2" pair before they fell apart (I switch to boots during the wetter and colder months). After roughly 8 months, I noticed that my right heel didn't feel comfortable and saw that the material inside the shoe had come apart, exposing the inner padding. Not long after that, the other inner heel started go as well. I contacted Allbirds for help but was told that they would do nothing because it was past the 30-day limit.
It's a shame, really, because this is my third or fourth pair of Allbirds footwear and clearly the quality of the shoes has gone downhill, not to mention the poor customer service. Previously, the Tree Dashers would last me a good 2 years or more.
I've already switched allegiances and opted for a new brand for my replacement trainers.

Terrible customer service
I love the shoes I bought from All Birds, but within a week of purchasing them a thread had pulled at the front of the shoe- very obvious. I asked All Birds about an exchange or a repair. They refused to help as I was outwith the returns period. I accepted that but asked them about a repair, given they are speciality shoes. They still refused to help. The customer service may be a bot, as their responses are repetitive and do not properly engage. Very disappointing and will not buy from this company again.

Not true Trail Runners
Overall shoes are great for walking and very comfortable BUT the Men’s Trail Shoes are not durable for outdoor trail running. They look good and have a nice tread for everyday use but the toes and side material tears within a few months. They are not true trail runners or can be used for outdoor activities. They are a walking shoe only.
